To be classified as a level 7 gymnast, gymnasts must be able to perform the following skills and execute a combination of them in their unique routines: Acro series with two skills, like a back walkover or back handspring, "A" valued skill: Salto or aerial dismount, One acro series with three or more flight skills including a round-off back handspring, A front acro series with a minimum of two skills in which one must be a Salto or aerial, Dance passage with at least 2 skills one of which must be a leap with 180 degrees split.
